    Your committee on education moves to amend the title of the bill, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend and reenact §18A-4-14 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to daily planning periods for certain school employees; providing that teachers determine the use of time of a planning period; prohibiting requiring teacher to attend meetings, training or work related event during planning period; and setting forth when a planning period begins.”
